The Great Barrier Reef is a wonder of the world. A vast underwater landscape around the same size as Germany or Japan, but for divers it is the detail beneath the surface that makes it extraordinary. Descend alongside coral walls, explore bommies and sandy gullies, drift above coral gardens and watch the reef come alive around you. Turtles, reef sharks, stingrays, giant clams and schools of colourful fish are all part of this incredible underwater world. Every dive is different and having an experienced dive professional alongside you adds another dimension to the experience.
On our Port Douglas private diving charters, certified divers explore with a Divemaster in groups of no more than five. Our guides know these reefs, understand the conditions and can help identify marine life while tailoring the dive to your experience and interests. Small groups mean a relaxed pace, more freedom underwater and the time to truly explore.
With a dedicated private diving charter, we can select reef sites to suit the certification and experience of your group. That might mean spectacular coral walls, deeper reef systems, drift dives or vibrant bommies surrounded by marine life. Professional scuba equipment is supplied, including tanks, BCDs, regulators, masks, fins and exposure protection, with prescription masks available on request.
